Jeff Long

Jeff has more than 20 years’ experience as a business owner, Executive Producer, Producer, and Director. Jeff has helped many Ad agencies, production companies, and Fortune 500 companies’ market, sell, and explain their products and services. He taught commercial production at Columbia College of Hollywood. Then his family experienced a mental health crisis. Jeff wrote the book, A Parent's Guide to Anorexia, with his wife Kathy, and recently started the nonprofit Teens4TeensHelp. Jeff agrees with the Mark Twain quote - "The two most important days of your life are the day you are born and the day when you discover why." Helping teens and families heal from mental health issues is his why.

Jeff is a Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude graduate from USC School of Cinematic Arts. His experience, skills, background, and passion make him uniquely suited for this role.

Kathy Long, L.Ac.

Kathy is a Licensed Acupuncturist and has been in private practice for over 25 years. She is a graduate of Yo San University in Santa Monica, CA and incorporates the practice of Functional Medicine along with Traditional Chinese Medicine in her practice.

She co-created a Continuing Education Course with Nicola Salter addressing emotional wellness.

She is co-author of the book, A Parent’s Guide to Anorexia, and since the onset of her child’s diagnosis of anorexia she has dedicated a great deal of her time to creating and running Teens4Teens Help.

She is passionate about collaborating with other organizations that are focused on helping teens and relies on her many years of experience running her own business to advance the nonprofit.

James Wind, MBA

James (Jim) Wind, CEO of Capstone Solutions Consulting Group, is a corporate and social services executive with a long and successful track record leading organizations.  With an  MBA from the Harvard Business School, Jim has spent 30 years managing new company start-ups and rapid growth corporate businesses, followed by a decade founding and directing large, high-impact non-profit organizations in the fields of education, mental health, and environmental services.  Jim has, and continues to be a regular supporter of Teens4TeensHelp’s mission, organization and operation.

Cassandra Fatouros, MBD, LCSW

Cassandra is a Senior Lecturer at the USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of
Social Work and a Managing Director and Principal at Capstone Solutions Consulting Group. With a master’s degrees in social work and business, Cassandra has focused her career on behavioral healthcare nonprofit and for-profit organizations.
