Ever felt overwhelmed by all the different types of therapy and their acronyms? We felt the same way, which is why we created Therapy Explained.

 

Therapy Explained  is a video series where young people sit down with a mental health professional to learn more about a specific type of therapy and walk through an example demonstration. 

What is CBT?
