Hey everyone! I'm Andres (he/they), a passionate youth mental health advocate dedicated to normalizing conversations and reducing the stigma surrounding mental health. Through Teens4TeensHelp, I hope to create a supportive space where young people feel empowered to share their stories and seek help.
