Ella Song

Hi, my name is Ella! I am 16 years old and so excited to be joining Teens4TeensHelp! This mission really resonates with me because I believe no young person should feel like they are on the journey of navigating their mental health alone. I'm eager to help expand the resources and support out there for teens and, hopefully through this work, destigmatize the very real world of mental illness. I can't wait to contribute to a community of empowered peers, all equally passionate and motivated about creating a world where seeking help is a sign of strength and not a reason for shame.
