About me

Hi! I am Helen. I am a passionate entrepreneur and advocator that is on the look out for teen's mental health, letting their voices to be heard. I believe mental health is important because it is like a bowl in our body, the more other criticism and doubts we receive, the more cracked the bowl is. I want to become the light in my community, to shine upon every silent teenager that is experiencing confusion, hardship and family issues. You are not alone, because I once felt that way too! I have started my own project as well outside of school called Impact Initiative, which is a program that helps teens to be seen while stretching out to different branches such as Ugly Veggie- reducing food waste and affordability crisis.
