Hi, I'm Rucheta! I'm currently a high school student and am very passionate about mental health. I believe mental health is such an important thing to talk about and want to help destroy any existing stigmas about it. There is something so powerful about sharing what you are feeling. My goal is to help spread awareness about teen mental health, and I look forward to helping out in any way I can!
