About me

Hi! My name is Sophia Chhabra, and I’m super eager to help break the stigma surrounding mental health through contributions as an adolescent, for adolescents. With my love for psychology, I hope to bring positive change by spreading awareness and mitigating the mental health struggles faced by others.
